Terms of Service

By using the services("UDIR Services") of URL-Directory.com("UDIR"), you agree to the following terms of Service("TOS"). The UDIR staff will in this document be known as the "UDIR Editors".

Sites that UDIR link to

UDIR does not take responsibility for pages linked to. These pages are in no way under control by the UDIR, therefore the UDIR Services extends no further than to the click of the link. All included sites have been screened by the UDIR Editors, however, since UDIR has no control over these sites, their content might be altered in a way not expected by the UDIR Editors.

Automated search queries and surfing

No automated search queries are allowed, since those create a far too high workload for the UDIR Servers. robots.txt files as well as robot meta tags must be obeyed by all bots.

Intellectual Property Policy

UDIR sometimes uses text and images as quotations, from the sites included in the index. This is done to increase the amount of traffic to these sites. UDIR is not liable to any copyright charges about these quotations, unless the site owner has notified the UDIR Editors about the copyright issue at least 1 month beforehand. All content on UDIR is copyrighted and protected by UDIR, however - small parts of listing info, e.g. logos and slogans, can be in copyright to the listed companies. By copying content on UDIR you violate international laws and may be charged in a court of law.

Privacy policy

By using UDIR Services you agree to have accepted the UDIR Privacy Policy.

Changes to the TOS

UDIR has the right to change the TOS at any point, without being responsible for how the changes might affect listed companies or surfers. These changes can be made without notice, so please review these TOS from time to time, to keep up to date with the agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE UDIR TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY OF ITS CONTENT. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED AND ACCEPTED "AS IS" BY ALL PARTS. THESE SERVICES COME WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. THESE WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ALSO APPLY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES AND GOODS PROVIDED BY PAGES AND COMPANIES LINKED TO BY URLDIR. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

JURISDICTIONS WHERE PARTS OF THESE WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED, THE REST WILL STILL APPLY.

Disclaimer of Liability

UDIR CAN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF USE OR MISUSE OF THE UDIR SERVICES. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AND EXTENDS OVER ALL SUBJECTS OF USE OR MISUSE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

About the TOS

These TOS will apply in any interaction between UDIR Services and any other part, if not UDIR Editors have stated otherwise in signed writing.

Any disputes will be settled under Swedish law, in Stockholm's tingsrätt.
